1. General

Welcome to SB Couture. By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

SB Couture reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our garments, fabrics, colours, and product details as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in device screens, lighting, and production batches, slight variations may occur.

All garments are subject to availability.

Many SB Couture pieces are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SB Couture reserves the right to correct pricing errors should they occur.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

SB Couture reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

5. Processing Times

Most SB Couture garments are custom made or prepared according to client specifications.

Standard processing time is approximately 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.

During peak production periods, sales launches, or promotional events, processing may take 7–10 working days.

Urgent orders may be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Courier fees are as follows:

  • Gauteng: R125
  • Nationwide South Africa: R165

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the courier service, delivery area, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Once parcels leave SB Couture, courier timelines are managed by the courier provider.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the customised nature of many SB Couture garments, refunds are not offered.

Exchanges may be accommodated provided that:

  • The garment is returned unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging remain intact
  • The exchange request is made within the specified exchange period

Courier policy for exchanges:

  • Clients are responsible for the courier cost of returning the item to SB Couture
  • SB Couture will cover the courier cost of sending the exchanged item back to the client

8. Custom Orders & Sizing

SB Couture primarily works according to standard South African sizing.

Clients may also provide custom measurements and preferred lengths for a more personalised fit.

It remains the client’s responsibility to ensure measurements and sizing information provided are accurate.

SB Couture cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by the client.

9. Garment Care

Proper garment care is essential to maintain the longevity and quality of SB Couture pieces.

Care instructions provided for each garment should be followed carefully.

SB Couture cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, excessive heat, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, and website material remain the intellectual property of SB Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SB Couture will not be held liable for:

  • Minor colour variations
  • Courier delays or damages outside our control
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect information supplied by clients
  • Wear and tear resulting from improper garment care

12. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully
  • Attempt to breach website security
  • Submit false information
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Copy or misuse website content

13. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, and special campaigns:

  • Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
  • May have expiry dates
  • May exclude selected items or collections
  • May be withdrawn at any time without notice

SB Couture reserves the right to cancel orders where promotional codes are misused.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Client information submitted through our website is kept confidential and used solely for order processing, communication, and customer service purposes.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties unless required for payment processing or delivery fulfilment.
